Your team


Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.

As a Senior HR Business Partner within the HR Technology & Operations (T&O) team, you will offer strategic and operational advice in the management of human resources.
You will cover IT Infrastructure functions (such as Datacentre, Cloud, Network, IT Production, IT Support etc.) and your HR expertise and skills will contribute to the success of the T&O Division.

Your role


You will support the day-to-day management of staff and take an active part in various HR processes and initiatives that responds to the business line’s needs as well as being primarily responsible for the following activities:

  • Manage all processes involved in the employee life cycle;
  • Efficiently lead recruitments while advising the hiring managers throughout the process;
  • Onboarding: making sure that staff are properly integrated into the organisation;
  • Development: provide active support with talent management, ensuring that staff are retained and that suitable opportunities are provided for their development (e.g. including internal mobility);
  • Identify and address training needs for teams and individuals;
  • Manage the year-end processes in direct contact with senior management by advising and challenging managers when necessary;
  • Budget management : follow up and keep track of headcounts attributions and recruitment/personnel costs;
  • Succession planning: provide a high level of management for staff departures, overseeing succession as well as workforce planning;
  • Take part in cross-departmental Group HR projects and initiatives.

Your profile


  • Five to eight years’ experience working as an HR generalist or business partner, ideally in IT and/or a technical domain;
  • Masters’ degree in a relevant field, Brevet fédéral de Spécialiste en Ressources Humaines (Swiss federal diploma as a Human Resources Specialist) or a qualification considered equivalent;
  • An ability to grasp the strategic issues involved in the business and to provide pragmatic solutions in areas such as organisational and talent development, talent management, performance management, compensation and recruitment;
  • Excellent communication skills, an ability to interact with diplomacy with a variety of interlocutors, and to develop relationships with them based on mutual trust;
  • A service-oriented team player;
  • An ability to work autonomously, take initiative and show an independent approach to your work;
  • Sound knowledge of Swiss employment law and the social security system;
  • Native speaker of French or English with an excellent command of the other language;
  • Discretion and ability to respect confidentiality;
  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
