Job Description


We are looking for an HR Business Partner able to work independently, enjoys a hands-on approach and can interface effectively with professionals at all levels. The HR Business Partner will closely work with our Technology area on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the operational HR plan for Technology department,
  • Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, employee engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity
  • Proactively guide your stakeholders and train and challenge managers using strong understanding of employee relations in multiple countries, engagement, organisational development and change management
  • Advise, coach and guide leadership/managerial teams to ensure proper alignment and success within the department
  • Support in drawing an overall training and development plan for the manager and employee in our Technology department
  • Be proactive in identifying HR trends within the business and work together with your key stakeholders in order to formulate and implement solutions
  • Maintain and build good relationships with the CTO/Managers of the tech area, well understanding the necessity of the business
  • Acting as change agent in managing organisational change, including activities such as restructures, compulsory redundancies and severance scheme
  • Support key HR projects and process improvements
  • Ensure alignment of HR programs working with peers and colleagues in the other countries
  • Coordinate the tech recruitment process, identifying best method of sourcing candidates
  • Provide input in terms of local employment legislation, policies and practices

Qualifications


Essential

  • 5+ years’ experience as an HR business partner for Technology department in a fast-paced environment
  • University degree in HR management, Law or Economics
  • Fluent in English
  • A team player, with strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently, as an active member of both business and HR teams
  • Strong track record of problem solving, logical thinking, speedy decision making, with an ambitious and action driven approach.

Desirable

  • Past experience in startup/digital environments
  • Past experience in managing at least 100 employees
  • Agile/Scrum approach
  • Ability to work cross culturally within a global HR team.
