For one of our clients in Nyon area, we are recruting a Senior IT Technical Support Analyst who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Are you looking for you next challenging position? This opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

As a Senior IT Technical Support Analyst you provide 1st and 2nd Level support, you work closely with IT support team based abroad. You ensure all tickets are prioritised, you allocate tickets to internal teams and follow up to ensure targets are achieved. You display elevated working standards ensuring targets are met. You manage communications to the business form service desk announcements. You monitor the Service Desk incoming tasks. You manage Onboarding and Offboarding processes and you test and validate corporate images. You improve System Administration processes and automate repetitive tasks.

Profile

  • Bachelor in IT
  • ITIL Certification
  • 8 – 10 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in AD configuration, GPO’s
  • Experience in SW and HW
  • Excellente knowledge in MS Office 365
  • Excellente knowledge in workstation (Windows 10 and MS Office Suite)
  • Good knowledge in virtual desktop infrastructure
  • English and French
