CONTEXTI n the context of the Luxury New Retail, Richemont Group is accelerating its logistics transformation reshaping our logistics network across all Regions.Agility, Flexibility, Speed and Customer-centricity are the key drivers for a successful logistics transformation across the Maisons.In this context, by joining our Group Logistics Business Performance team responsible to develop, standardize and optimize our logistics End-to-End reporting and performance KPIs across Regions. You will also have a key contribution in the elaboration of the logistics cost allocation keys.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?You will set up and manage Global Logistics reporting in order to communicate results to top management and Maisons:
  • You will establish and guarantee end-to-end standard performance measures across central and Regions
  • You will ensure periodic publications of Logistics activity and reference KPIs
  • You will continuously improve logistics reporting and data to increase their clarity and relevance
  • In partnership with Logistics transformation expert, you will actively participate in the elaboration of targets and follow-up of respect of Actuals vs defined targets, as well as animate and support performance community across Regions.
  • You will be the main contact for Group and Maisons regarding logistics performance indicators
  • You will support Logistics project teams with necessary analysis on logistics activity
  • You will create and maintain documentation of standard logistics performance measures
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?With a background in engineering, consulting, data scientist, finance or logistics performance, you have a proven experience (minimum 5 years) in operational analysisin an international and multi-functional environment and you know how to deal with different reporting tools and data platforms.You are autonomous, organised, rigorous with a strong resistance to stress. Good communicator and negotiator, you ensure efficient communication with all stakeholders, and you stand out for your team spirit and strength of persuasion.You speak English perfectly, preferably as well French, and are proficient in MS Office tools, Power BI and other reporting tools.
