Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Mitarbeit in der Maintenance Gruppe von 6 gleichgestellten Arbeitskollegen
• Durchführung, Planung und Koordination von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten (mechanisch / elektrisch) an den Produktions- und Haustechnikanlagen
• Digitale Dokumentationsführung der Wartungs-, Kalibrierungs- und Instandhaltungseinsätzen
• Kontakt zu externen Lieferanten, sowie Pflege, Kontrolle und Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen
• Fehlersuche, Fehleranalyse und Fehler- / Störungsbehebung an den Produktions- und Haustechnikanlagen
• Gewährleistung der Arbeitsabläufe und der Betriebsbereitschaft der Produktionsanlagen
• Definierung, Mitwirkung und Abarbeitung von Arbeitssicherheitsmassnahmen
• Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung von Produktions- und Haustechnikanlagen und anderen Betriebsmitteln
• Arbeiten gemäss GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) vorgaben
• Teilnahme an der täglichen Produktionssitzung hinsichtlich auf Troubleshooting
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Abteilungen wie Quality, Produktion, Operationssupport, Logistik und AVOR
• Mitarbeit im 3-Schichtbetrieb (Sonntagabend – Freitagabend), Feiertage werden, wenn möglich, via Pikettdienst durch eine Person abgedeckt

Durchschnittlich alle 5 bis 6 Wochen Pikettdienst an den Wochenenden (Freitagabend – Sonntagabend)Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im elektrischen und/oder mechanischen Bereich z.B. Automatiker / Polymechaniker / Betriebselektriker etc.
• Weiterbildung gemäss NIV 15 oder Bereitschaft dies zu absolvieren
• Kenntnisse mit SPS-Steuerungen von Vorteil
• Erfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung von Produktions- und Haustechnikanlagen
• Analytische Fähigkeiten und Zusammenhänge bei der Störungssuche und Behebung
• Teamfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit, Proaktive und Verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
• Abteilungsübergreifende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Kenntnisse/Erfahrungen mit Outlook, Excel, Word und anderen digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
• Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Wohnsitz in der Umgebung von Schaffhausen (max.30 Minuten Arbeitsweg)
