Senior Manager Finance Processes and Systems

Your tasks

  • Drive simplification, harmonization, and automation of finance processes, ensuring alignment with adjacent departments to optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Finance & Operations Global Process Owner and retail process specialist to align Audiological Care Finance processes with global standards
  • Ensure the adequacy of the D365 ERP global template for Finance and Controlling, and oversee its implementation across markets; analyze and resolve exceptions or localization issues
  • Establish and manage a key user platform for training, support, and sharing best practices, ensuring consistent and efficient use of D365 ERP across all markets
  • Coordinate continuous improvement efforts after D365 roll-out, identify opportunities in non-D365 countries and implement appropriate solutions
  • Identify and evaluate automation opportunities, providing insights and recommendations for global implementation. Optimize the setup of available tools for D365 Back-office to drive efficiency
  • Maintain close alignment with Sonova finance transformation initiatives and contribute to their success
  • Create and update process documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date guidelines and standard operating procedures

Your profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling respectively any related field of study
  • Experience in working in Finance (e.g. Controlling) respectively project management in a corporate environment, preferably with experience as key user of ERP systems
  • Strong project management skills with experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g. lean six sigma)
  • Excellent communication and strong influencing skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Good understanding of the most commonly used ERP systems; preferably with experience in MS Dynamics 365 FO
