TAG Heuer, for its Product Department based in Eysins, is looking for a:

Senior Product manager for Connected watches (M/F)

As a Product Manager for Connected Watches, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of high-quality smartwatch products.

This includes developing and implementing a product roadmap, working closely with the Product Director and cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and market demands, while also driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the product roadmap for connected watches, including defining product features, pricing, and positioning
  • Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, including setting product goals and creating product specifications
  • Work closely with cross-functional and multi-site teams including design, engineering and sales to ensure that products are developed according to customer needs and specifications
  • Conduct regular analysis of product performance and use data to manage product decisions
  • Develop pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profit margins
  • Collaborate with the key stakeholders to develop launch strategies
  • Support sales teams by providing product training and materials
  • Present the product strategy and novelties to internal and external stakeholders: General Management, market subsidiaries, press, end-clients…)
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to ensure that our products remain competitive and innovative


Profile

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products to market, preferably in the smartwatch or traditional watchmaking industry
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and collaboration skills to work efficiently with teams based in 3 locations: Eysins and la Chaux-de-Fonds in Switzerland and Paris in France
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and data to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry, with a focus on smartwatches or wearable technology is a plus
  • Knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus
  • Excellent skills on MS Office
  • Fluent in English
