Established in a picturesque town in Switzerland, this therapeutics company is strengthening its Quality team by hiring a new Senior QA Manager. Despite being founded 10 years ago, this company has exponentially grown and become a market leader in therapeutic products. Working as a Senior QA Manager in their Zug site will allow you to work directly along with some of the best professionals in the pharmaceuticals industry, providing you with the opportunity to develop your skills as a professional. They are also determined on maintaining an ethical production of their products, showing great respect to all the parties involved in the process. As a Senior QA Manager, you will help to maintain all applicable Quality Standards and legislative requirements

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
  • Continuously strengthen the QMS by identifying any gaps, risks, and opportunities in the system and finding and implementing the right solutions
  • Oversee and strengthen the documentation system
  • Develop the training system for all GxP related aspects
  • Supervise all main QA processes such as deviation and CAPA management
Your Profile
  • A scientific university degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in QA, working directly with GMP
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Fluency in English and in German
