Our client, a global and growing chemical company with a strong reputation on the market is looking for Senior QA Manager to join his team located in Geneva canton.

Your Missions

  • Align site mission and objectives with Quality standards, adhering to Global and Regional strategies to fulfill business and customer requirements.
  • Foster a Quality-centric culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and the site.
  • Effectively manage Internal Non-Conformances and Customer Complaints, ensuring performance optimization and facilitating transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead, execute, and implement the Quality Management System in compliance with relevant standards.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the Quality teams, establishing robust succession plans to promote team growth and development.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Business Partners to provide support to internal customers and achieve best-in-class Quality Excellence.

Your Profile

  • BSc degree or higher in a scientific field (chemistry, biochemistry, food industry) within 5 - 10 experience of experience as a team manager in a quality role.
  • Proven experience in managing Quality Management Systems.
  • Experience either food industry/chemical company required
  • Solid knowledge of Quality Management Systems (FSSC22000, ISO 9001, RSPO, Organic, ISO 22716).
  • Excellent communication skills adaptable to various stakeholders.
  • Possess a rigorous and data-driven approach; capable of making autonomous decisions and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in informatics skills, including proficiency in Office Suite, LIMS, SAP, and other relevant tools.
