What you’ll do
Within the Quality Assurance department, the QA Specialist will:
  • Support the QA Manager in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) of the Site, in compliance with ISO 9001:2015; ISO 13485:2016; and MDSAP requirements.
  • His/her main duties will consist in managing the QMS documentation and managing the documentation training assignments using the Company Systems, under the supervision and with the support of the Quality Manager.
His/her tasks will be divided as follow:
  • Maintenance of the Quality Management System Documentation – 40%
  • Maintenance of the Documentation Training Assignments – 30%
  • Support the Quality Assurance Team during Quality Audits – 10%
  • Supporting the Implementation of QMS Tools and Systems – 20%
Who you are
  • Technical or Scientific Degree (Bachelor or equivalent)
  • 2-3 years professional experience in a regulated environment (e.g Medical Device Manufacturer, Pharma Manufacturer etc.)
  • Able to work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office Tools)
  • eQMS Experience (e.g. Agile, EtQ, SmartSolve, Veeva, etc.)
  • Proficient in English, spoken and written
