Job description Senior Frontend Developer

Due to our client’s growth of activities, we are looking for a: Senior Frontend Developer.

You have at least 3 years of experiences in web application development and maintenance. In this role, you will design and develop rich web applications through the entire software development cycle using Agile/Scrum methodology in a safety critical environment. As a member of a highly qualified team, you will participate in a software development project, a high amount of autonomy and personal commitment is necessary.

Your responsibilities

· You handle the development of entire frontend modules and libraries

· You are an advocate within the company and with our customers for good frontend development practices

· You discuss face to face with the end customers to understand their needs

· You create and maintain the technical documentation (software requirements specification, detail design, test cases, traceability, architecture documentation)

· You provide realistic estimations for software development activitie

Your profile

· You have a good knowledge of React and the font end stack

· You are familiar with the latest specifications of ECMAScript and Typescript

· You have a proven track record designing rich GUIs with HTML5 & CSS3

· You have good communication skills and experience mentoring other developers

· Experience with GraphQL & REST APIs

· Experience with software configuration management tools and techniques (Git, Git Flow etc)

· You have experience with automation testing techniques and frameworks to verify component, functional and integration requirements.

· Experience on the backend (Go, Java) is a plus

· Experience with canvas API / 2D graphics on the web is a plus

· You understand common technical design patterns and programming paradigms

· You have awareness of technological trends, and aptitude for self-training

· You are organized with an ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and utilize time effectively

· You are interested in new technologies

· Fluent written and spoken French and English is required
