We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading professional recruitment company as Senior Recruitment Consultant for the Engineering division in Zurich.

Tasks

  • Develop and grow the Engineering permanent business through business development and client acquisition
  • Act as a brand ambassador when with clients, at events and on the market
  • Headhunt, recruit, network and attract candidates to make the best match for your client
  • Interview and evaluate candidates to match your requirements
  • Deliver a best-in-class service on the market
Requirements

  • Several years’ experience in Engineering recruitment within a recruitment agency ideally on the Swiss market
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Complete understanding of the recruitment cycle, sales and business development
  • An unrivalled passion for the industry
  • English and German are essential
