Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Main goals of the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with proven experience in the luxury/ watches industry to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, managing the backlog and explain requirements to technical teams.

The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with several business areas to identify opportunities for improvement and provide expert guidance on how to best leverage the Salesforce platform to achieve their goals.

Main tasks of the position

• Analyze and document complex business processes and requirements from different business areas (Sales, Marketing, Finance…)
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs
• Lead and manage workshops, meetings and presentations with both business and technical teams.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
• Manage the complete deliverables with very minimum supervision
• Understand the requirements and communicate efficiently with the community of business users
• Roll-out of features to markets, including planning, testing, training and hypercare

Expected Deliverables in Year 1

• Complete understanding of the organization’s business processes expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s business processes and how they can be integrated into the Salesforce platform.
• Requirements gathering and documentation: able to work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document their business requirements in a clear, concise, and understandable manner.
• Collaboration with technical team: The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst should collaborate with the Salesforce Architect, Technical Lead and other technical team members to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions meeting business requirements and expectations.
• Expected to develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs, and to lead and manage client-facing meetings and presentations.
• Able manage rollout of features to markets, including planning, testing, training and handling hypercare.
  

Skills / Professional and Technical

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role, with proven experience working in the luxury industry
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: excellent ability to anticipate problems and identify solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience working with luxury/watches industry stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified App Builder are a plus
• Agile project methodology experience
• Full business proficiency in English, knowledge of French would be an asset

WorkExperience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role, with proven experience working in the luxury/ watches industry
• Exposure to international and complex projects ideally in the luxury/watches industry
• Proven experience on Salesforce implementation and roll out

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
