Salary Range: CHF 120,000 - CHF 140,000 – Dependent on experience

They are seeking a skilled Senior SAP CX/CRM Developer who is passionate about crafting innovative solutions in the CRM domain. Role Overview: The Senior SAP CX/CRM Developer will lead the way in designing, coding, testing, and documenting complex CRM solutions. Utilizing expertise in various programming languages and SAP solutions, the developer will create extensions that boost the capabilities of SAP CRM7.0, SAP CX, or SAP BTP environments. This role is crucial to the success of the company’s CRM projects, providing innovative solutions and supporting the implementation of cutting-edge technology.

Senior SAP CX/CRM Developer - Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, testing, and documentation of CRM solutions, applying expertise in ABAP OO, ABSL, Fiori, and JavaScript.
  • Create extensions to enhance SAP CRM7.0, SAP CX, or SAP BTP environments through innovative coding practices.
  • Engage in the configuration of SAP system modules to ensure smooth integration and functionality.
  • Oversee module, functional, and end-to-end integration testing to ensure the reliability and efficiency of CRM solutions.
  • Develop technical specifications for system adjustments and integration, aiming to enhance application performance.
  • Support agile project management, contributing to the development of sustainable documentation and project success.
  • Collaborate with clients during on-site meetings to gain insights into diverse industries and requirements.

Senior SAP CX/CRM Developer - Requirements:

  • A university degree or equivalent in a relevant field, complemented by current SAP certifications in CX and/or BTP.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the SAP environment, focusing on CRM projects.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP CRM7.0, SAP CX, and SAP BTP, supported by proficiency in ABAP programming and database modelling.
  • Additional skills in programming languages such as JavaScript, Groovy, ABSL, or Python are advantageous.
  • A solid understanding of SAP modules SD and MM, broadening the comprehensive CRM solution knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying and solving problems within SAP CRM/CX environments.
  • A dynamic, independent, and decisive personality with process-oriented thinking and excellent teamwork capabilities.
  • A willingness to travel approximately 40% for on-site client engagements, showing flexibility and a commitment to client success.
  • Proficiency in German is a requirement for this position to ensure effective communication with German-speaking clients and partners.
