Job Description


About the role:

Reporting to the Financial Messaging Marketplaces (FMM) Technology Operations of Financial Automation Marketplaces (FAM) Azure Architect and Engineer will possess hands-on experience with designing, architecting, implementing, administration and customization of FMM Azure Environments and will be responsible for the design, architecture, maintenance, support and operations of FMM Azure Data centers. The candidate should be experienced in working in a diverse development environment supporting an enterprise operations and will provide technical insight in designing and supporting FMM Azure Infra and Operations while aligning to Finastra best practices. The role will also be responsible for designing, planning, coordinating & implementing IaaS and PaaS based solutions.


Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Act and work as a SWIFT expert in customer and/or internal projects
  • Provide support in yearly Service Bureau and customer-based audits
  • Create documents for internal departments Client Support and Projects
  • Coordination and teamwork with other Service Bureaus in UK and USA
  • Provide production support and enhancement activities to systems used in Swift operations
  • Keep the systems up-to-date and secure by conducting and supporting required upgrades, patches, updates

Qualifications


Required Experience:

  • College degree in the field of computer science and/or equivalent in work experience
  • Deep knowledge of the following SWIFT products: SAG (SWIFT Alliance Gateway ), HSM, SNL (SwiftNet Link), Web Platform, AGI, Microgateway
  • Deep knowledge of SWIFT messaging services like Interact, Fileact, FIN, Finplus
  • Deep knowledge of WebAccess SWIFT services like Basic Tracker, RMA portal, ESMIG
  • Good business understanding of interbank services like SWIFT, SIC or SECOM
  • Expertise in Unix (RHEL) operating System and coding / Scripting of Unix shell script
  • Basic know-how in networking
  • SWIFT certification preferred but not required
