DonTouch SA(Switzerland) is a rapidly growing digital company. Over the last year we grew: monthly revenues +95%; n. of customers +118%; unique users +42%.

You will will join a 24 people marketing and product teams, working on a 4 million users / month web and mobile digital property. Our Teams are organized in sub-teams working with an Agile methology (Sprint).

For our Headquarters in Chiasso (CH), we are hiring:

????Senior Technical SEO Manager????

(No Remote)

Responsible for analyzing, reviewing and implementing website SEO strategies that include:

On site changes and modifications;

Off site activities such as create strategies for link building.

We are searching for a Skilled and Senior SEO expert, with hands on experience on the technical side of the job. This person will identify strategies, techniques and tactics to obtain a high-ranking placement in the search results page of search engines.

The candidate is a senior professional, who has already proven her or himself in being a key player in this job, a preference will be given to candidates who successfully worked in the Adult or Betting or Classified industries.

The candidate will be in charge of developing SEO strategies and projects, in coordination with the central HQ marketing department, the position is within the marketing team and will support the execution of the marketing strategy.

We are looking for an open-minded individual who is able to think and work "out of the box" in a peculiar and complicated industry.

Candidates must have the following skills and experiences ????

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role;
• Professional knowledge of search engine optimization practices, identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.
• Experience in industries like Adult entertainment or Betting
• ideally having worked on Classified-type sites with more than 50.000 unique URLs;
• Experience with HTML semantics and Schema.org, basic JS skills;
• Experience with the common SEO audit & data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEOZoom, SEMrush, SE Ranking, Ahrefs or other tools;
• Experience in using Google Tag Manager;
• Experience with optimizing Page Speed using tools like Lighthouse and similar;
• Experience with high performance websites with 1 millions plus UUs per month, using high-performing CDN tools such as Cloudfront, Cloudflare, etc.;
• Outstanding ability to think creatively and strategically, excellent verbal and written communication skill;
• Language: Fluency in Italian and English, German and/or Spanish will be a plus.
