Sprinklr is investing in building out our Global Digital Transformation (GDT) team in Europe to drive and scale long-term growth and make it easier to for our Sales teams to sell Sprinklr. This team’s mission is to “Listen, inspire and influence to drive actionable transformation, deliver operational excellence, and accelerate business growth”.
The GDT team combines their Unified-CXM industry thought leadership and insights with their practical experience in outcome-driven digital transformation, to align with customer executives on key priorities, prescribe solutions to meet their objectives and define a strategic approach to value realization.
Reporting to the SVP, Global Digital Transformation, the Sr Technology Strategist will lead the development and execution of the strategy and operating model for the Global Digital Transformation team in Europe. This position will help to create Sprinklr’s “Activate” program and establish an industry-leading best practice to execute innovation, transformation, and experience workshops.
This role is highly cross-functional and will work especially closely with our Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, Product Marketing teams and Business Value Teams to envision, quantify and demonstrate value to our larger customers.
Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for relationship building, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including introducing and defending new ideas to senior stakeholders.
This role is based in Europe and involves frequent travel to customer sites and occasional travel to customer, partner and internal sites outside Europe.
This is a full-time position.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Execute Sprinklr’s Europe Digital Transformation strategy and operating model in alignment with Sprinklr’s Global and European sales priorities.
  • Drive internal and external thought leadership that helps to position Sprinklr’s platform and capabilities in specific industries and use cases.
  • Executing Activate Workshops together with Sales and BVG teams to help customer innovate, transform, and reimagine their customer experience.
  • Contribute to the definition of a value-driven customer engagement methodology that enables the discovery of the customer needs and the articulation of the value, roadmap, and architecture of their digital transformation
  • Cultivate executive relationships with C-levels within our customers, prospects and partners.
  • Partner with account teams on executive engagement, strategic account planning, workshops, and EBRs
  • Support business value assessment and business value realization workstreams
  • Work across teams at Sprinklr to develop reproducible solutions, executive messaging, sales and Unified-CXM best practices,
  • Develop customer references and support finding and creating value-based customer success stories.
What’s Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing sales/presales role with a leading software vendor, focusing on strategic customers and prospects.
  • Experience in planning and leading digital transformation projects.
  • Experience in developing C-Level relationships with an ability to simplify and communicate complex topics to an audience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to tell compelling business and result stories.
  • Excellent presentation skills including public speaking, meeting facilitation, and whiteboarding.
  • Experience in value-driven sales and presales methodologies.
  • Experience in human-centered design techniques and agile methodology.
  • Experience in enterprise architecture and business process design.
  • Demonstrated success working closely with senior executive leaders, including influencing without authority.
