Role: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location: Switzerland, UK, Poland

Job Description:

· Strong HR specialist who can specify, wright and design HR processes, translate the requirements into IT specification and stories.

· Strong experience on Software-Design / Software specification and Process Management

· Good understanding of HR Service Delivery processes (onboarding, change in circumstances, exit, etc.)

· Excellent knowledge of Service Now best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest Service Now features

· Strong experience and fast understanding of complex processes, context diagrams, technical interface descriptions

· ability to estimate work effort efficiently and appropriately

· Support E2E testing during the last phase of the release.
