ServiceNow Specialist (from junior to architect level)

Cognizant is seeking a talented and passionate team of ServiceNow Specialists to join our growing IT team and contribute to the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various domains, including Customer Service Management (CSM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Service Management. These roles are full-time and are based in Zürich and offer an attractive salary and benefits package.

As a ServiceNow Specialist, you will be crucial in understanding business requirements, designing and configuring ServiceNow applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.

In your first few weeks in this ServiceNow Specialist role, you can expect to:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow configurations

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications for CSM, GRC, ITOM, and ITSM

• Configure workflows, forms, and reports to optimise business processes

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and data sources

To apply for this ServiceNow Specialist role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You will also require:

• Experience in ServiceNow development and configuration, including CSM, GRC, ITOM, and ITSM

• We are hiring experience level from junior (2 yrs) till architect (10+)

• A good understanding of ServiceNow application modules

• Proficiency in serviceNow scripting languages, such as JavaScript and Groovy

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum practices
