Job Description:

Lead Martech Operations projects from conception through execution including planning & scoping, research & analysis, functional design, testing, and ongoing support to scheduled campaign rollout.

Collaborate with business partners to identify and refine project proposals as well as develop project scope, timelines, estimates, and detailed work plans.

Create, analyze and/or validate detailed functional specifications with developers that align client needs to business, application, and/or operational requirements.

Qualifications:

Essential Education/Work Qualifications:

Previous experience with campaign migration projects and running training sessions on campaign management platforms is desirable.

Good knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and past experience in defining an integrated solutions for Martech Operations.

Knowledge of Google Analytics & Tag Manager

Conceptual understanding of REST/SOAP API, Ampscript/ HTML/JS, and capabilities to explain requirements to developers.

Knowledge of advertising and media.

Excellence in campaign testing for reliability.

Advanced understanding of campaign tagging and naming convention.

Experience with Data Integration, Data Quality, Anaytics and Campaign Management.

Experience with frontend technologies (HTML, Javascript).

Experience and skilled at interpreting data.

A natural question solver.

Must be proactive, motivated, highly-organized and a self-starter.

Preferrable Education/Work Qualifications:

Relevant Degree in related fields, Computer Science or Engineering-based preferred or comparable training, or work experience that demonstrates comparable abilities.

Basic knowledge of CRM/Commerce Cloud use cases with Salesforce marketing platforms.

Vertical knowledge in specific industries is a plus.

Knowledge of analytics topics, such as marketing KPIs, ROI, omnichannel tracking architecture.

Experience in Datorama, CDP, Interaction Studio, GA360 Integration, Ad Studio, and Tableau

Working knowledge of AMPScript and SQL

Certifications: SFMC Admin, SFMC Email Specialist, SFMC Dev, SFMC Consultant

Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.

Experience as a scrum master or in project delivery using Agile methodologies (Knowledge of Atlassian’s tools is a plus)
