For our client, an international biopharmaceutical company, active in the fields of reproductive health, urology, gastroenterology, endocrinology and orthopaedics, we are looking for a :
Your mission
Your role
Within Supply Network Operations, as SKU lifecycle Specialist, you will support the launch and change activities around Stock Keeping Units of a specific portfolio and closely monitor those tasks to ensure that the medicine can be distributed to the patients in a safe and timely manner.
As SKU Lifecycle Specialist, you will drive the artwork management process from the validation of the prerequisites until implementation in the Market. During the end-to-end process supervision, you will ensure adherence to quality, regulatory and technical requirements.

Your responsibilities:
  • Conduct and track product launches and changes for our client’s organization, while complying with all requirements.
  • Contribute to secure the supply of the medicine to the patient in a timely and safe manner
  • Coordinate proactively the artwork process in collaboration with the affiliates, the production sites, the global functions, and the graphic agency. Lean and right first approaches are favoured.
  • As main user of BLUE (artwork management system), participate to change projects to update and improve the system and process functionality
  • As main user PLEX (SKU lifecycle systems), participate to change projects to update and improve the system and process functionality
  • Participate to the continuous performance improvement process by identifying business needs and propose alternatives.
  • In collaboration with Global packaging engineers, take an active role in the technical integration/alignment of the client packing sites (in term of packaging technology, serialization/aggregation ability, printing capability)
Your profile
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Supply Chain / Business Admin or in a related field
  • At least 7 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven capabilities of coordinating new product launch activities and change controls
  • Experience in supervising artwork changes and knowledge of an Artwork Management System is a strong asset (experience in BLUE is a plus)
  • At ease with workflow management & Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Understanding of manufacturing, quality, and regulatory aspects
  • Pharma Supply Chain processes knowledge
  • Training in Supply Chain Management is an added value (APICS certified)
  • Ability to work in an independent manner and therefore comfortable in making basic decisions
  • Enjoying teamwork and be ready to support each other in case of business needs
  • Proactive attitude is expected
  • At ease with cross-functional and cross-regional activities
  • Highly developed sense of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills in English
