Social Media Manager

We are looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to administer social media accounts.

From posting to consulting to further enhancement of our presence on these channels, everything is part of your and the team’s tasks.

As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, coordinate and run the clients presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, by using the capabilities of these platforms
  • Supervise, plan and deliver content across platforms using scheduling tool (Hootsuite)
  • Community management
  • Use analytics data to further develop content
  • Keep up to date on trends, tools, applications and new technologies in the social media space
  • Cultivate relationships and networks with partners within and outside of Group Communications

Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability in social media management and creative development; experience in a creative, dynamic and digital environment
  • A strong understanding of social media channels, landscape and latest developments
  • A detailed understanding of the algorithms, analytics, and the lifecycle of a social media post.
  • Strong storytelling, writing and editing skills with experience in content creation for digital formats
  • A balance of creative mentality and good visual instinct with strong analytical skills, understanding data and KPIs, and how to build strong metrics for organic engagement, growth, and reach
  • Outstanding influencing and networking capabilities
  • Proficient in English. Other European language(s) desirable
