YOUR TASKS

  • In collaboration with the data scientists in charge of developing condition monitoring solutions your task is to ensure an efficient and robust deployment of the results on multiple rolling stock fleets
  • Help the Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) development team to create efficient python-based proof-of-concepts for online condition monitoring, with efficient data-pipelines
  • Develop robust and efficient products in the industrialisation phase , integrated in the existing IT infrastructure and interfaces
  • Support the company in the necessary IT transitions to handle an increasing number of use cases on topic such as data management, data pipeline, computing power

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have Master’s in Computer Science, related technical field, or a bachelor with equivalent practical experience
  • You have a very good and proven command of programming language such as Python and Java
  • You have experience with code documentation and testing
  • A very good command of German and/or English
  • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills: An system engineer spirit in trying to understand technically the system under study to ensure the implemented monitoring solutions are efficient and relevant
  • Good communication skills on multiple levels, being able to involve people from varied background in your projects, from the technicians in the workshop using the tools, the IT experts to the commercial project leaders of our clients
  • Experience with cloud infrastructures is a strong plus
  • Experience with applied data science is a strong plus
