The ideal candidate will have experience in image processing, C++, Halcon, and OpenCV.The primary responsibility of this position is to develop signal and image processing applications. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have a strong understanding of image processing algorithms and techniques.Responsibilities
  • Develop signal and image processing applications (expansion and maintenance of the image processing platform -lighting, software, cameras)
  • Work with a team of engineers to design and implement new features
  • Test and debug software code
  • Analysis of customer applications and use cases and mapping of them in innovative solutions
  • Document software code
  • Track technology trends and competing products
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or equivalent with a focus on image processing
  • 5+ years of experience in similar industry/position
  • Knowledge in signal and image processing algorithms and image processing libraries (e.g., Halcon, OpenCV)
  • Strong programming skills in modern C++
  • Software and firmware testing methodologies
  • Fluent in English
