Join their dynamic Radar Engineering team in Wangen, Switzerland, and play a pivotal role in supporting the Swiss Air Force. Your responsibilities will include software development, flight testing, quality assessments of radar systems, and performance optimization.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop product and system code to enhance radar capabilities.
  • Define architectural designs and lead design reviews with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate code developed by peers and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain and update documentation based on product/program updates.
  • Lead a talented software team, distributing tasks efficiently.
QualificationsHard Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in two or more programming languages.
  • Familiarity with SOA and Microservices architectures.
  • Strong grasp of data structures and algorithms.
  • Full-stack development expertise, spanning Back End (Python, C#) and Front End (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Experience in Linux server deployment.
  • Knowledge of web-app architecture and systems integration.
  • Familiarity with agile processes (Scrum) and collaboration tools (Git, Jira).
Soft Skills

  • Inquisitive and quick learner.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
Desirable Skills
