  • Define implementation and solution guideline for our development and delivery team
  • Driving the solution design in Salesforce according to best practice, leveraging as much as possible salesforce out of the box functionalities
  • Understand business requirements, help with requirements engineering and definition of a fitting solution architect and design, within Salesforce and across
  • Evaluating final results of the solution design assuring accomplishment of quality objectives and business requirements
  • Take the technical leadership and be responsible for alignment within development team

You are
a delivery focus, solution oriented person with strong coordination ability and a demonstrated track record of success in working in complex Digital Transformation Projects or CRM Migrations and you impress us with

  • B.S. and/or M.S. in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or similar quantitative field
  • 5 plus year experience as solution architect in SCRUM based delivery process
  • 3 plus year experience in Salesforce solution design
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) solution and best practices
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Certification Salesforce Application Architect (a plus)
