Spareparts Coordinator PC-12 & PC-24

  • Processing and coordinating spare parts orders from Subsidiaries and Service Centers
  • Monitoring of parts availability within the global Pilatus network
  • Responding to spare parts related queries
  • Interfacing between internal departments such as logistics, procurement, accounting, export compliance, engineering etc.
  • Processing of spare parts offers

  • Technical or commercial education
  • Customer Service experience (in aviation considered as a plus)
  • Ability to prioritize as required by urgency
  • Both written and verbal fluency in the English language
  • Experienced with ERPs (preferably SAP)
  • Working independently but being a team player at the same time
