MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Rally Communications:
  • Support the WRC media accreditation process & manage event collection lists.
  • Answer media requests related to WRC event operations and schedule.
  • Contribute to the coordination of WRC media operations.
  • Coordinate the local adaptation and deployment of the FIA Rally Spectator Safety and e-safety campaigns across WRC and ERC organisers.
  • Manage the layout and distribution of the Rally Newsletters.
  • Contribute to the coordination of editorial updates for the European Rally Trophy (20 rounds).
  • Manage the posting of all news and press releases, website updates, reporting, press monitoring, interview transcripts, photo selections etc., for several different competitions

Formula E / FIA Motorsport Games (MSG) / E-Sports Communications:
  • Manage the layout and distribution of the Formula E event previews
  • Support the FIA MSG Media Delegate on internal communication with National Sporting Authorities (ASNs) and the production of dedicated content about the nations competing.

Project Communications:
  • Contribute to general or crossover events : FIA Volunteers Weekend, FIA Conference, FIA Prize-Giving.
  • Contribute to the coordination and communication of the FIA Pure Motorsport docuseries.

Administrative Management:
  • Management of the editorial calendar for the sports communications department.

PROFILE:

Bachelor’s degree / Professional license / College diploma in communications or journalism or equivalent

Proven and significant professional experience related to sport communications (+2 years), ideally in the field of motor sport

Excellent copy writing and editing skills - proven expertise in English-language communications a must

Good understanding of the media and social media landscape

Solid understanding of the motor sport landscape and knowledge of a variety of disciplines

Social media scheduling

Proficiency in Typeform, Monday.com, Ciscion an advantage

Fluency in English, minimum C2 level

Microsoft Office suite, website CMS

Social media proficiency

Ability to work autonomously and take on new responsibilities

Sense of organization

Willingness to learn

Aptitude working in an international environment
