Your Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, review and posting of monthly journal entries to the general ledger
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliation
  • Preparation of US consolidated entries
  • Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
  • Develop and document processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Assist with monthly close process including financial analysis and financial reporting
  • Support annual audits with external auditors
  • Assist in general financial management and analysis
  • Other responsibilities include but are not limited to participate in special projects, system enhancements or ad hoc analyses as assigned

Profile Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Must be highly detail oriented and organized
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
  • Must be flexible in working schedule around financial closure
  • Must be able to understand organization priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer service focus
  • Ability to act and operate independently
  • Proficient with email, accounting systems, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies
