Stage - Marketing

Montblanc Swiss market marketing team is looking for a new intern (from 6 to 12 months) working in close collaboration with the Business operations, Wholesale & Retail department. As a real team member, you participate in a broad range of projects to increase brand visibility and desirability :

Be a key player in our Marketing team:

• Events coordination (end-clients events, activations, manufactures visits, …)
• Retail Customer Database analysis and follow-up (CRM)
• Follow-up, approval and production of all printed materials
• PR and Retail activations follow-up
• Efficiently share key product and brand information with retailers

Help our Retail team to thrive:

• Create and share training content with our Boutiques staff
• Gain Retail experience by being on the field supporting our Sales Associates when needed
• Support all customer-targeted events and activations.

Ensure our E-commerce branding:

• Optimize brand and product presence on eRetailers’ websites
• Coordination of emailing campaigns & eCommerce activations
• Lead eCommerce KPIs reporting

Budget Tracking:

• Track and report all marketing spending
• Process and track all marketing related bills

Others:

• Internal KPIs follow-up & analysis
• Support the Retail team in the office and in the boutiques

• Curious to learn and to develop in a dynamic business at the cross-roads between luxury Retail, Wholesale, Marketing and e-commerce Customer-oriented
• Autonomous
• Continuously demonstrating intellectual agility and a strong willingness to over-perform
• At ease with numbers and analysis
• In progress/finishing a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• Minimum 6 motnhs’s internship
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Fluent in FR and a solid EN knowledge. DE is a plus.
