For an important company, we are looking for the following profile: Your mission
  • Suggest and select new suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts and order purchasing conditions
  • Identify suppliers for specific components or materials
  • Send RFQ for benchmarking and check competitiveness of suppliers
  • Propose cost reduction activites or items
  • Actively support and collaborate with other depts for special products, projects
  • Manage non conformities of incoming goods and agreeing with suppliers terms and conditions for the replacement of the goods, collaborting with quality department
  • Monitor inventory level in order to reach inventory turn goals and collaborate on annual inventory with suppliers
OPERATIVE TASK:
  • Purchasing goods and materials within a defined supplier list
  • Monitor delivery terms, immediately communicating discepancies and updating systems
  • Supporting Master Data creation
  • Collaborate with Finance department in checking invoices from suppliers
Your profile

  • Commercial education and technical background;
  • Previous experience as strategic buyer (at least 5 years) ideally with wiring and electronics material;
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills;
  • Proactive and goal oriented attitude;
  • Italian mother tongue, fluent English and a third Swiss language as a must.
