Das erwartet Dich bei uns

• Prepare and manage tenders (RFI, RFQ, RFP)
• Analyze and evaluate proposals and offers of the tenderers, negotiate commercial agreements
• Draft and negotiate frame contracts, purchasing and service agreements
• Manage end-to-end projects and working together with different business Stakeholders
• Define pricing models by considering all relevant cost elements
• Build and drive relationships with key vendors to improve pricing and quality of services

Deine Qualifikationen

• University degree and/or education/training in human resources as well as several years of relevant experience in a comparable function
• Experience in consulting and mentoring executives
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Teamplayer with a hands on mentality
• Assertiveness paired with diplomatic skills
• Networked thinking, proposing solutions and orienting oneself towards what is feasible
• Keeps calm even in hectic situations and can handle constant change well
• Excellent knowledge of English (oral & written), German is an advantage
