STRATEGY & INSIGHTS PLANNING MANAGER/Patient and Consumer Health

Responsibilities

  • Dedicate 100% of their time to European clients and growing our patient work to accelerate growth;
  • Significant direct client interaction, managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Motivate, coach and serve as a role model for project team members;
  • Own responsibility for work product quality and relevance to client decisions;
  • Update senior leaders and prepare and present the majority of client presentations;
  • Establish or maintain ongoing client relationships with key decision makers that drive new business development;
  • Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and across practice areas;
  • Support development of firm capabilities and offerings (recruitment, training, internal initiatives).

  • Qualifications

  • MBA from a top university strongly preferred, with a record of strong academic performance;
  • Approximately 6-8+ years of prior experience with patient-related work in Europe, which may include patient insights, patient communications, patient activation/patient marketing, patient advocacy engagement, and patient support program design, implementation, and measurement. Experience can come from industry roles or roles with consulting firms, agencies, or vendor partners, or a combination.
  • Client management experience with VP and other senior level executives, or industry roles which required management of initiatives rolling up into senior leadership;
  • Record of successful and continued business development, or comparable experience on the industry side;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form;
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to influence others;
  • Team management/direction and coaching capabilities, demonstrating adaptable leadership styles to suit specific needs;
  • Analytic problem-solving skills, with an ability both to see the big picture and delve into details;
  • Excellent organization & planning skills.

  • ZS is a global consulting firm; fluency in English and the local language of the office is required, additional fluency in European or Asian languages is desirable.
