Responsibilities:

  • Analyze delivered specifications and support the development team in evolving the software and streaming platform.
  • Ensure code compliance with requirements and alignment with architectural and security standards.
  • Evolutive and corrective maintenance of internally developed applications and enterprise-level solutions.
  • Guarantee uptime of production systems.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance confidence in provided services.
  • Review pull requests to ensure code compliance with requirements, architecture, and security guidelines.
  • Provide support through on-call service for productive processes.


Requirements:
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in event-driven/streaming architecture.


Design Skills:

  • Event-Driven/Streaming Architecture.
  • Microservice Architecture.
  • Software Architecture/Design Patterns/Enterprise Integration Patterns.
  • REST API Design/OpenAPI.


Technologies/Tools/Techniques:

  • Proficiency in Java 11/17.
  • Experience with Spring Boot stack and Kafka-Apache stack.
  • Strong knowledge of Unit/Component/Integration Testing.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipeline based on Jenkins/Ansible/GitLab/GitHub Actions.
  • Proficient in Git version control, flow, pull request, branching, and merging.
  • Plus: Experience with RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ, Rational database modeling/DB optimization, SQL/query optimization, Docker/Kubernetes/Containerization, Linux/Windows shell scripting.


Soft Skills:

  • Agile-oriented team player.
  • Ability to work independently, respecting priorities, planning, and deadlines.
  • Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
