Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Warehouse Team Leader with warehouse KPI-reporting activities
  • Controlling and monitoring SAP MM & WM processes and bookings
  • Observing and complying with the required SOPs and related process documents to initiates updates if required.
  • Compliance with GMP, EHS and SOX specifications and guidelines associated with the respective function
  • Representing the Warehouse in the Quality Compliance team, related to identified deviations and CAPAs
  • Monitoring environmental control system (DLS) and SAP-Workorders related to warehouse equipment
  • Interface with the Planning team and external Warehouse to avoid and resolve process gaps
  • Identifying and proactively driving continuous improvements in the context of warehouse processes, SAP workflows, etc.
  • Initiating or participating in SAP master data improvements with other teams
  • Interface with QA and QC for material release, sampling, relabeling and other processes
Who We Are Looking For
  • Completed apprenticeship (EFZ) or Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management area
  • Professional experience in SCM/Warehouse, in a GxP environment resp. regulated industry preferred
  • Good knowledge of SAP IM & WM
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Independent and responsible way of working
  • Very good communication skills in English and German
  • Data driven with attention to details
