Tasks

As a Supply Chain/Logistics Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing Support and Advice to the Supply Chain Department of our client. Responsibilities are the following:
  • Closely collaborating with Supply Chain and Logistics Leaders in order to develop and improve processes and structures within the Business Units
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies according to the requirements of the Business Units
  • Drive implementations of operational Excellence roadmap, assessing progress and defining actions
  • Ensures compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements
  • Identifies opportunities to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and systems
  • Work with functional leaders to establish and achieve continuous improvement goals
  • Active development, design and implementation of continuous improvements
Requirements
  • This role is at a Senior level and requires at least 5–10 years relevant industry experience.
  • Significant logistics experience, ideally in a Pharmaceutical environment
  • Lean Practitioner, certified Green Belt/ Black Belt Certification is a plus
  • Strong Project Management skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented work approach
  • Excellent communication skills (English & German) and interaction with all kinds of internal and external interfaces
  • University degree (Master’s Degree, PharmD or PhD in a scientific discipline)
  • Familiar with EU GMP
