  • Represent Demand & Supply planning team in cross functional project teams
  • Provide regular update and escalate risk to management team
  • Challenge existing processes and propose initiatives impacting and improving network distribution, inventory management, allocation …
  • Be the key user for ERP and planning system
  • Maintain accurate training documentation and share best practice with global supply planning community.
As Central Supply Planner You Will
  • Ensure best availability of all products distributed through regional Distribution Center for our customers.
  • Ensure a consistent and efficient allocation (quotas/ performance/ channel …).
  • Monitor shortage references and take appropriate proactive measures ensuring a smooth recovery.
  • Report and manage back-order level
  • Be the point of contact of sales administration teams when it comes to product availability
  • Escalate critical supply issue on RDC to central production planning team.
  • Provide visibility to regional and central key stakeholders on supply situation on regular basis. Develop dashboard with relevant KPIs, lead supply review.
  • Close management of inventory level, implement corrective action
Profile
  • Master’s degree or equivalent from University, Management School or Engineering School with at least 2 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in demand and supply planning. Fluent in French and English.
  • APICS or other forecasting Certification is a plus with a first experience with Sales Forecasts solution (ie. Anaplan) and BI tools is preferred. Proficient with advanced Microsoft tools (Power BI, Power Queries etc.).
  • Strong Analytical skills, attentive to details and able to work with a high amount of data.
  • Business oriented with a good knowledge of retail in the luxury industry
  • Pro-active and with excellent organization and presentation skills and good facilitation skills required.
