We are looking for a senior Synthetic Data Specialist, who has consolidated experience in analysis and development in the field of data bases, data modeling, reporting and management of end-user requests. Experience should preferably be gained in the banking, finance or credit card industry.   • Analysis and development of Artificial Intelligence solutions based on mathematical models and machine learning algorithms to support the testing of new software in the core field of cards, collaterals and bank systems;
  • Generation and modification of synthetic data (scheduled / on demand);
  • Analysis and definition of rules for masking sensitive productive data;
  • Definition of data reporting and data direct intervention for test data;
  • Maintenance and documentation of the developed solutions.
#Requirements
  • Degree in computer science / mathematics (degree or certificate of equivalent ability) or degree in business administration with a focus on information technology or data management
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL or similar language
  • Excellent knowledge of data modeling on Oracle/IBM DB2/Microsoft
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Fluent knowledge (mother tongue) of Italian and a good knowledge of English (at least B2)
#Nicetohave, constitutes a plus:
  • Experience in the Data Warehouse field and in using ETL tools
  • Knowledge of data generation tools (Test Data Manager, Synthesized or similar)
  • Knowledge of banking, finance or credit cards
  • Habit of working in project configuration, sensitivity towards test and business needs, approach to continuous improvement, listening skills, problem solving skills, innovation skills, communication skills and promotion of their ideas and solutions for the team and for the end user
