We are looking for an experienced System Specialist of CCH Tagetik at our Headquarters in Pfäffikon SZ or Balzers Liechtenstein.

In this interesting and versatile role you are actively involved in the success of further developments of Tagetik application and project management. Together with finance organization you elaborate the design of finance and IT solution architecture and create models for finance processes as part of the System Administrator team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Elaborate together with finance organization the design of finance and IT solution architecture + models + finance processes as part of the System Administrator team
  • Contribute to support the finance organization and specifically the FP&A + Consolidation departments during implementation phase
  • Be actively involved in the success of further Tagetik developments and project management
  • System administration, maintenance, and improvement of Tagetik application
  • Train and support user of around 100 entities worldwide during actual reporting and planning process
  • Finance master data management
  • Interface to IT / BW team e. G. interfaces ERP Systems, BW, upload procedures
  • Ensure security of system and data
  • Support our Accounting & Reporting team in finance processes as monthly closings, forecast and budget

Your Profile
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in design and implementation CCH Tagetik considering solution architecture and data modelling (knowledge for data integration between SAP and CCH Tagetik is a plus)
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working in a large company with a focus on the Consolidation/FP&A/CPM/EPM/BI/Data Analytics
  • High affinity in dealing with MS Office, as well as interest in modern tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI
  • Understanding of organizational design and set-up of Controlling functions, covering HQ Controlling and the business partner role of finance
  • Experience in project management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills and basic understanding of business metrics
  • First understanding in the area of digitalization of financial processes - especially in the FP&A area - and applicable market leading tools and enablers
  • Excellent team player who enjoys working in an international environment
  • Efficient and precise communication skills in German and English, further languages are a plus
