You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
You will be involved in every aspect of the systems life cycle, from the front end of business development through product end of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis and decomposition of the requirements coming from the offering management to build the hardware and firmware technical specifications.
- Drive designs and concepts at system level for the new controllers’ platforms.
- Participate and lead cross-team and cross-functional design reviews.
- Guidance on systems integration, systems validation & verification.
- Agile Scrum Master for local R&D department (HW, FW, SW) integrated in global Controllers Release Train.
- Focal point for a hardware/firmware/software and other stakeholders
You must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer science.
- Experienced of Agile development methods (SCRUM).
- English professional proficiency (written / oral), French is an advantage
- Broad knowledge on hardware and embedded firmware development processes and tools.
- Proven experience as a focal point for stakeholders in different departments
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master
We value:
- Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle and model-based development system design. Knowledge of MATLAB / Simulink would be appreciated.
- Experience with systems based on real-time operating systems (QNX, Linux, etc.) and communicating over IP-based or serial communication protocols (BACnet, ProfNet, CAN, Modbus).
- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) or Building Automation systems domain knowledge is a clear advantage.
- Knowledge of SAFe would be appreciated.
- Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
- Effective communicator and excellent team-player, comfortable in working in global cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt dictated by project changes.
- Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks.
