Vos tâches:

• Account responsible for FMS@ISS
• Secure stakeholders and employees understand and use FMS correctly
• Secure optimal execution through FMS
• Identify new requirements & improvement areas
• Manage & coordinate system related activities
• Technical leadership & support for all contract countries (FMS@ISS specialists)
• Acting as interface between customer & business requirements
• Setting the system & process standards in cooperation with global best practice
• Integrating new countries into the contract & processes by train-the-trainer concept
• Planning and performing related global projects & change processes
• Leading innovation, all aspects of the transformation and value-added to the client through digitalization and systems.
• Fostering the innovation know-how sharing within the account, but benchmarking other ISS accounts
  
  

Votre profil:

• Bachelor or Master degree in a related field
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
• Structured, analytic, detail-oriented
• Interpersonal ability to maintain effective communication with multiple stakeholders
• Self-starter & proactive in identifying users’ needs & opportunities for service improvement
• Multitasker (able to work on multiple work streams & customers in parallel)
• Strong business insight & able to translate business requirements into solutions
• Knowledge of implementing & managing business projects, including optimisation
• Excellent knowledge of integrated facility service & related business processes
• Master Change Management and ability to define & communicate ”change vision”, manage stakeholders and drive behavioural change
• Ability to work in a matrix environment
• Very independent and with a strong interest in working autonomously
• Few years of experience in services company ideally
• Project Management experience in a very fast-moving environment with a lot of contact around the world
• Strong interest and ability to work with IT tools
