LHH is looking for a Talent Sourcing - Recruitment consultant for Marketing & Digital roles for western Switzerland

RESPONSABILITIES

Manage the full recruitment life cycle of the recruitment processes to be handle
Source the best talents for the clients you’ll be working for, maintaining and developing our valuable talent pool.
Generate smart business development activities, as well as business accounts management across the Eastern part of Switzerland, to open new jobs and accounts
Relationship development with the accounts to be in charge
Support clients in their recruitment process, especially providing advice about the market, the profile required, and ideas for a better assessment.
Deliver high-quality service and support always with a positive attitude

PROFILE

A natural networker that enjoys connecting with people and developing relationships. Someone that can easily connect the dots for a faster sourcing
A degree level (Bachelor or Master)
Ideally previous experience in sales or account management roles with knowledge about Marketing, or digital field
Past recruitment experience is a plus
Excellent organization and communication skills
Confidence, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
Driven, hands-on attitude, as well as a mindset of commitment and perseverance
Fast learner with a growth mindset
Language skills: Fluent English C2 and French C2
