Job Description


Join our HR Team as a Talent Acquisition Manager to support our multicultural and fast-pacing team. In this role you are responsible for the full cycle recruiting process. Your networking skills and recruitment experience enable you to build and maintain good relationship all other parts of the organization. Your curiosity and proactivity will support you in identifying the requirements to source the right talents. You have a client-focused mindset with a strong delivery attitude. Passionate about people, you are helping us to promote the first experience of our candidates.

  • Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, requirements, and recruitment priorities
  • Manage end-to-end international recruitment process, from designing job ad to hiring and ensuring excellent experience to candidate
  • Conduct extensive interviews, evaluate candidates, negotiate an offer of employment with them
  • Make sure every contact from candidates is handled timely, kindly and professionally
  • Strategically and actively source potential hires from diverse backgrounds across different locations
  • Being up to date of latest trends in the hiring market
  • Liaise with externals partners to find the best recruitment solution for us
  • Define, manage and continuously improve the recruitment processes
  • Support HR Team on tasks beyond recruiting as needed

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, experience in technical area of advantage
  • Proven experience in managing the entire recruitment cycle
  • Experience in international environment
  • Passionate about people
  • Multicultural exposure, able to interact with all type of professionals. Feeling comfortable to work with Senior Management
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills
  • Strong sense of cultural sensitivity
  • Team player
  • Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience of recruiting in-house, preferably in tech start-ups
  • Excellent English language skills
