  • Preparing and publishing job advertisements with the line (mainly in the technical field)
  • Pre-selecting applications
  • Organise and conduct interviews
  • Working closely with the line on recruitment issues
  • Drawing up contracts
  • Examine other recruitment channels/forms for the global SKAN
  • Organise and support internal and external recruitment events
  • Support with various HR marketing topics
Hardskills
  • Completed training with further education in the field of recruitment, employer branding, or similar, or federal HR professional certificate
  • Solid experience in recruiting, ideally of technical profiles and various levels
  • At least 5 years of experience in comparable functions
  • Good German and English skills are a prerequisite
