Join our Talent Acquisition team in this exciting times and support our multicultural and fast-pacing team.In this role you are responsible for the full cycle recruiting process. You are curious and proactive, able to identify and source the right talents. You have a client-focused mindset with a strong delivery attitude. Passionate about people, you are helping us to promote the first experience of our candidates.
  • Build a strong relationship with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, requirements, and recruitment priorities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Conduct screen calls, interviews, evaluate candidates
  • Make sure every contact from candidates is handled timely, kindly, and professionally
  • Source potential hires from diverse backgrounds across different locations
  • Being up to date on the latest trends in the hiring market
  • Be proactive and contribute to improve the recruitment processes

Qualifications 
  • 2+ years of experience as Recruiter, experience in tech is a strong plus
  • Proven experience in managing the entire recruitment cycle with hands-on mentality
  • Passionate about people and recruiting
  • Multicultural exposure, able to interact with different backgrounds
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills
  • Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent English and German language skills
