IBKR Financial Services AG, in Zug, Switzerland, is looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Zug.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish for Switzerland (writing and publishing job ads, conducting interviews, defining budgets, conducting test and assessments, preparing offers etc)
  • Actively sourcing for candidates using various channels
  • Developing effective strategies for evaluating and sourcing candidates
  • Ensuring a positive and smooth candidate experience
  • Building relationships with operational managers to ensure effective and efficient recruiting process
  • Partnering and coordinating with in-house recruiters all over Europe
  • Supporting various projects and general HR administration duties
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or commercial apprenticeship. Further training in Recruiting or Human Resources (e.g. Recruiting specialist, HR Assistant) is advantageous
  • At least 3 years of experience in Recruiting including social media recruiting – ideally in a multinational financial services or technology company
  • Strong communication skills and very good command of written and spoken German and English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure of completing assignments within time constraints
