The recruitment team at Antaes is based in Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich, Singapore and Hong-Kong and currently we are a team of 5 Talent Acquisition Specialists, specialised in IT, Pharma, Bank and Engineering.
We are also looking for a new team member to join us in Zurich, that will be responsible for: Qualify the recruitment needs with the Business Manager Source, select and interview the candidates Manage the recruitment process until the offer stage Update and manage the candidate database Participate in differente HR projects (such as employer branding, referrals, reporting) Profile
Academic Background
You have an University Degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or similar
Language
Fluent German and a good level of English (mandatory)
French (a plus)

Required experience
You have, at least, 5 years of experience working in the Swiss Market as an Recruiter/Talent Acquisition in IT, Pharma or Engineering
You are goal-oriented, motivated and a good team-player
You are comfortable with JobUp, LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
Agency experience will be a plus
