Description du poste
Work directly with hiring managers to define and draft job descriptions
Identify and source talent through advertising, networking, and utilizing candidate generation platforms, and assess pipeline needs for future talent.
Manage third party recruitment agency relationships when appropriate to build and maintain a strong working relationship.
Build rapport with candidates, delivering the firm’s value proposition, and building enthusiasm around the opportunity to work at a leading independent wealth management firm.
Leverage the use of technology, to track applicants from sourcing through to on-boarding.
Effectively interact with candidates, articulate the unique value proposition of the firm, and get candidates engaged on the firm’s value proposition. Advise candidates on our benefits, salary and culture and effectively work through salary and offer negotiations.
Provide market insight to the business including competitive intelligence, compensation trends and other key talent factors evolving in the industry.
Enhance the candidate sourcing process by embracing social media and other mechanisms that can help effectively attract talent. Optimize the recruitment process through data analysis.
Provide weekly updates to key stakeholders on recruiting activities.
Description du profil
Bachelor’s degree
3 - 5 years minimum of recruiting experience in house/agency or mix
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation
Detail-oriented, self-starter, take initiative
Team player, collaborative
Organized and able to set priorities
Of the highest integrity
Desire and ability to work successfully in a small company environment
English is a must and French an asset
