Salesforce.com is looking for a experienced professional in a high tech environment to join a growing Talent Ecosystem team in Central Europe. Talent Ecosystem is an important program to inspire people to be trained on the Salesforce technologies and to be part of the Salesforce Ecosystem. Together we want to drive awareness, volume, and communities close to markets to a ttract, certify and to place talents at our partners, customers and Salesforce itself.

The role will report into the Director of the Talent Ecosystem in Central Europe and will work closely with all members of the leadership team, but also with a wide range of further internal and external stakeholders e.g. universities, educational institutions, associations, foundations, customers, resellers and partners.

The Role
  • Working with internal and external Ecosystem Programs stakeholders in Central Europe, such as Educational Institutions and Universities, Workforce Development Partners and Authorized Training Providers, Marketing and PR, Sales, Trailhead Academy etc.
  • Identify, recruit, formulate, develop and implement scalable programs in Central Europe together with partners and customers, universities, associations, etc.
  • Develop new placement opportunities as we are committed to empowering people from every background with the skills they need to build careers and thrive in the digital economy
  • Identify strategic events to meet talents and connect them with job opportunities and increase awareness around the Salesforce Ecosystem
  • Drive communication & collaboration by applying the overall communication strategy and narratives
  • Grow a strong Ecosystem Community involving all key internal and external stakeholders
  • Start building a Talent Ecosystem Job Platform as a ‘Single source of jobs’, list of all job opportunities incl. search and filter function and detailed company profiles, programs and events
  • Design and build an automated tool to connect job opportunities and talents in the Ecosystem, ensuring feasibility and a high quality experience for the users to drive impact and placement rate
  • Be part in the development of an Ecosystem Roadmap and Playbook to increase Salesforce presence plus evaluate ways on how to best integrate and position Salesforce
  • Be an expert on Salesforce training tools and products to enable our Ecosystem around all opportunities to be part of the tech-economy and have the skills needed
  • Build and leverage a strong network in the Ecosystem, maintain and expand relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills
  • English, French proficiency is a requirement, additional languages a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convince internal and external decision makers (C-Level)
  • Strong leadership, networking, relationship-building, communication and influencing skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and confidence to pick up and l ead new programs across multiple teams
  • Salesforce European experience in Talent Acquisition, leadership, team building, coaching, career development and overall passion for the product
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and build trusted relationships (internally and externally)
  • Experience in dealing with senior leaders plus good networking and strong influencing skills
  • Must be able to network across the company and to build/manage cross-functional virtual teams
  • Ability to take a practical approach to business development
  • Proactive, creative and innovative thinker. Must be a able to generate consistently new ideas for driving and supporting divisional priorities through our Ecosystem
  • Prior experience with Salesforce Training Providers and Workforce Development Institutions a plus
