  • Provide leadership to a team of highly qualified avionics engineers
  • Be responsible for the development, validation, certification as well as the continued airworthiness of the PC-12 avionic systems
  • Provide Senior Management reporting and briefings
  • Co-ordinate and support cross unit (sales, product development, logistics, assembly & customer support) activities
  • Handle leadership administration tasks such as staff yearly reviews & objective setting, running team meetings and recruitment activities
  • Provision of department work hour estimations and budgetary planning
What you bring
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Aerospace Engineering
  • A minimum of 10 years experience within the aviation industry
  • Both written and verbal fluency in the English language is necessary, German will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to effectively delegate tasks as appropriate and to motivate collegues and staff under challenging situations
  • Capability to coach colleagues and staff in support of their development and to guide them through change
  • Proper prioritizing of task and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously to meet a set schedule
